He brings expertise in community-based participatory planning grounded in a Human Rights– Based Approach (HRBA), focusing on livelihood security, climate change adaptation and mitigation, natural hazard risk reduction, biodiversity conservation, and natural resource management. She has worked extensively on Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD), third-party verifications, compliance management systems, and risk-based assessments, Strategic action planning supporting organizations to align with brand Codes of Conduct and national labour laws. Her work has directly contributed to improved worker entitlements, effective grievance redressal mechanisms, committee functionality, and credible case investigations, enabling factories and supply-chain actors to move from reactive compliance to system-driven accountability.

Meenakshi brings 7 years of experience with grassroots NGOs, leading community-level interventions across health, child education, livelihoods, social entitlements, menstrual hygiene, and sanitation, and implementing development projects supported by UNICEF, IGSSS, ActionAid, and GAIL India Ltd.

She brings strong analytical skills and practical field experience, with an ability to connect compliance requirements to real worker experiences.
